About Uncanned

Uncanned is an iPhone self-help app for adults 18+ who want to quit nicotine pouches or snus. It brings a personal plan, craving exercises, and progress tracking into one place. It is not medical advice or treatment.

Who makes Uncanned?

Uncanned is created by Sander Parn, the developer listed on the App Store. For app questions or corrections to this website, contact unpouchedapp@gmail.com.

What does Uncanned do?

  • Three plan modes: gradual reduction, quit today, or a chosen quit date.
  • Personal planning: current use, pouch strength and waking hours inform the plan.
  • Craving support: Ride It Out is a three-minute guided breathing session, with craving ratings before and after.
  • Progress: pouch logs, check-ins, estimated pouches avoided and money saved.
  • Everyday access: Home Screen widgets, a Lock Screen Live Activity and reminders that respect sleep hours.
  • Pip: an in-app companion that progresses alongside your plan.

Is Uncanned free?

Uncanned is free to download. Its main features require an active Pro subscription or trial. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available; eligible annual subscribers can receive a seven-day trial. Prices and eligibility appear before purchase. See subscription support and Terms of Use.

Which devices are supported?

The current App Store listing requires iOS 17.0 or later. This website offers the iPhone download. Check the current App Store listing for compatibility and availability in your region.

Do you need an account?

No. Your plan and logs are stored on your phone when signed out. An optional account adds backup and restore; backup is on by default after sign-in. Support messages are handled separately. There are no ads, and we do not sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy for providers, optional statistics and deletion controls.

What does the app not promise?

Uncanned does not diagnose nicotine dependence, prescribe treatment, or guarantee that you will quit. Progress examples on this website are illustrations. Talk with a doctor or pharmacist if you need help changing your nicotine use or managing symptoms.

Where can you learn more?
