Your data
Your setup answers, nicotine-use logs, cravings, check-ins and progress stay on your phone when signed out. An optional account uses your email or Apple/Google sign-in ID. Backup is on by default after sign-in and stores a copy of your plan and logs; turn it off in Account to stop uploads.
Optional usage statistics, on by default, include app events and technical identifiers, not your health logs or contact details. Turn them off in Settings. Apple handles payments; our subscription provider receives purchase history and an app or account ID, never payment details. Reminders run locally.
Services and storage
Supabase handles accounts and EU-hosted backups; TelemetryDeck handles statistics; RevenueCat checks subscriptions; Keepwell handles in-app support; email providers handle support email; Apple and Google handle sign-in where used. Support processes messages, a random installation ID and basic device details, separately from your plan. Vercel hosts this website and processes request data, such as IP addresses and technical information, to deliver and secure the site. Providers outside the EU/EEA use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We process health-related data with your explicit consent, account and purchase data to provide requested services, and statistics and support for our legitimate interests in improving and operating the app. Legal obligations may also require processing.
Control and deletion
Use Settings → Delete all my data to remove your local plan and signed-in backup, or Account → Delete my account to remove your account and backup. Turning backup off does not erase existing copies. Provider backups expire on their normal cycle. Statistics are processed as pseudonymous events and aggregate reports; support records stay only while needed for support or legal requirements. Request support-message deletion separately by email.
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent by contacting us. We respond within one month. You may complain to your local data protection authority. We use encryption and access controls; no system is completely secure. Significant policy changes will be announced in the app.
