What could my pouch spacing plan look like?
Enter your current daily count, wake time and sleep time to explore wider planned gaps. Choose standard or gentler progression, then read the approximate allowance beside each plan day. This tool illustrates the Spacer arithmetic, while the app adjusts to actual logs. It provides no doses or strength recommendations.

How do I calculate an example?
Starting gap = waking minutes ÷ starting daily pouches. Every two plan days, multiply the gap by 1.15 or 1.10. Approximate allowance = floor(waking minutes ÷ unrounded gap). Stop at three or fewer, followed by a five-day quit window.
Worked example: 12 per day, awake 07:00–23:00, gives 960 minutes and an 80-minute starting gap. Next standard steps are 92 and 105.8 minutes. Allowances use unrounded gaps, so displayed rounding never changes the calculation.

What are the limits?
An approximation of how Uncanned spaces your pouches. The app adjusts to what you actually log. Not medical advice. The app can hold progression after slips and pace is adjustable.
The tool uses repeating waking hours and does not model sleep changes, progression holds or logged events. Equal wake and sleep times are rejected because the waking window is ambiguous. It does not tell you to use a pouch when a gap ends.
